Refund Policy
Booking Fee
The contract is not valid until signed and the booking fee is received. DR-EVENTS may schedule their professional to another event on the same date and time if no deposit has been received. Once contract is signed, client has 72 hours to change their minds, after which the booking fee is non-refundable.
Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, checks (for booking fee only,) PayPal, and all majors credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels booked services after any payment has been received, they agree to the following terms and conditions;
Any booked event cancelled more than 90 days in advance will receive a full refund minus the initial booking fee.
More than 61 - days but less than 90-days prior to the event date - 50%
More than 31 - days but less than 60-days prior to the event date - 25%
30 days or less prior to the event date, no refund will be issued.
All cancellations must be confirmed and agreed to in writing; either through letter or email.
Weather Policy
For a “Rain or Shine” event, DR EVENTS compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. The DR EVENTS representative reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel a performance should the weather pose a potential danger to the representative, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance; however, safety is paramount in all decisions. DR EVENTS compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
If an event is cancelled by the client due to severe or inclement weather on the day of the event, the client will be given a credit for the booked services to use for another date.
